Dear Barbara it's 2024, $87-146,000 is "affordable"; in California it's not even a down payment. I don't know 2175 specifically but it is a nice location: close to NYU (now BCC) and walkable to Alexanders. I'd live there if we go back to the 50s. Sorry to say, we're not going back. It's 2024. Just be thankful we were so lucky to have grown up in the Bronx. And I wish that luck to whoever buys that "affordable" apartment.
