NY YIMBY (YesInMyBackyard) covers all the boroughs and one posting for Chicago,
one for Philly, two to three for California and one for Florida. The one today for
2175 DAVIDSON AVENUE said it was for affordable housing, eligible income from
$87,052 to $146,900. And this they call affordable......so like all the boroughs,
the Bronx is becoming too expensive, at least for me.
