Hello to all. I'm new here and would like to know if anyone remembers the name of the bicycle shop I think was on Sheridan Ave across from Taft HS. I think the daughter of the owner was named Gloria?

I think it was George's Bicycle Shop. The owner's daughter was Gloria.

Yes, it was George's (maybe Myrowitz?). I got my first bike there, a Schwinn truck bike in blue.
