For displaced, misplaced, and nostalgic ex-Bronxites

My first guess was Loew's Paradise but the leveled roof of this MP doesn't connect with Grand Dame of Fordham. Other guesses would the administration building at Mt. Saint Vincent in Riverdale and St. Nicholas fo Tolentine on University and Fordham road. Don't really think any of these match MP222. My final guess would be the University Presbyterian church building adjacent to Bronx Community College( always NYU to me). Anybody else out there want to take a shot at this?
