It was called Cinelli's Savoy. It was located near Arthur Avenue in the Belmont section of the Bronx. Everyone called it "The Dumps". They would give away a free comic book to the first 100 customers. There also would be two figure movies and cartoons. You spent some 4 hours there. My mother would pack a lunch for me.
