Growing up in the Bronx we all made strong friendships... many lasting the test of time. I written this little poem as a tribute to all of you that "still" have these friendships, and that are still going strong... Kenny

True friendship is a blessing… or so they say.
But true friends don’t always agree on everything… every single day.
While each individual’s thoughts and ideas are sometimes expressed…
That doesn’t mean that everyone’s views and beliefs are always what’s best.
See… sometimes friends’ ideas differ, and at times their friendship is misplaced…
Requiring resolution to their differences… by getting together/talking face to face.
What’s most important and relates with friendships that have always been strong,
Is the fact that true friends most often have been there for each other…
Through thick and through thin… for many years long.
So… what matters most with resolving any conflicts and differences?
Is setting disagreements aside… and valuing each other’s inferences (judgements).
The bottom line here… and to this very point I want to be clear,
Is that “True Friendship” will always stand the test of time.
Day after Day… Year after Year…
