Rogers Department store on Webster and Fordham which became Sears and then Best Buy. Don't know what the other two changes were.

Roger's Department Store became SEARS,
It occupied the entire trigular corner of E Fordham Rd and Webster Ave wrapping around to Third Avenue on the east side of the building, The photo is on a straight street,

At this stage I believe this photo is somwhere on one of the following
THIRD AVE near the HUB
E TREMONT AVE possibly near PARK AVE
ALONG E 149th STREET

Was that the building on Brook Avenue between Bruckner Blvd and the Deegan? It was converted to apartments not too long ago. I think it was a clothing factory way back when.
