Hi Saul. OK #1 keeping coo.Living on the top floor,summer was always hot.Finally father sprung for a window fan,it did little.He also did the open the hall door trick.I hated that and always closed it.The BB trike,yes I remember it well.Being on Bryant and Tremont,it probably was the same guy.Those dumbwaiter shafts really stunk.I never remember it being used.The knock on the opposite door I never heard of,every one had roaches on their mind.The dumbwaiter later turned a blessing for sucm bags to rob you. Ah no so fond
