Saul, you got it right! I attended Jordan L Mott which was on the corner of 167th and Morris Ave. Had friends who lived in the "newer" art deco building on the west side of Morris Ave (the building on the right side of the photo). A few hundred feet to the right of that building is where 167th st turned west toward the Concourse. The darker buildings on the left side of the photo would have been on College Ave. The triangular shaped pieces on the roof were very visible when playing in the 22 schoolyard.
